Single Nutrition Coaching Consult
This consult is an amazing way to jumpstart your journey to a healthier you - either on its own, to get your nutrition questions answered and my advise on how to reach your goals or as the first step towards a nutrition coaching program. It includes all of the following:
- Nutrition Consult, done through phone, face-to-face or via email;
- Baseline measurements;
- Nutrition Guidelines to improve your lifestyle and eating habits with easily adoptable steps;
- Mealprep and shopping ideas;
- Baseline Macro targets, including the kcals, carbs, fats and proteins;
- One time Macro targets that will help you to reach your goal;
- Answers to all your nutrition related questions.
Cost: EUR 80,00 per consult.
