Due to the nature of digital programs and downloadable content, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Coaching & Training Services

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Missed sessions are non-refundable

• Packages are non-transferable

• No refunds are provided for partially used services

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of medical or serious personal circumstances, please contact us. Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For online purchases, EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless:

• The service has already started with consent

• The product is digital and access has been granted

By purchasing digital content, you may waive your right of withdrawal.
