12-Week Online Strength Coaching
12-Week Online Strength Coaching is designed for people who want structure, clarity, and real progress in the gym — without in-person training.
We start with a 30-minute intake call to define your goals, training background, and lifestyle. Based on this, you’ll receive a fully personalised gym program for 2-5 sessions per week, tailored to your experience, schedule, and available equipment.
At the halfway point, we review your progress in a 30-minute check-in call and adjust the programme where needed. At the end of the 12 weeks, we evaluate your results and define clear next steps, so you finish stronger, more confident, and with a clear path forward.
This is not a generic workout plan, but personalised coaching with guidance, accountability, and progression built in.
